As a Service Owner and Recovery Manager, you will need to ensure all agreed targets and Service Level Agreements are met and emergency incidents are managed and resolved within the agreed target resolution times.
Also, responsible for helping the business understand substantive concepts as well as their role in ensuring compliance with the CBA and the NLRA. Investigates and manages issues involving potential violations of the CBA. Works with VP, Legal to manage all aspects of internal and external legal spend in area of labor with budget level responsibility for same Maintains a strong relationship with key business stakeholders to meet business needs.
