We are currently looking for a skilled & passionate Technical Operations Manager (m/f/d) to become part of our Supply Tech Enabling Team within our Supply Tech Unit at ABOUT YOU. You will take end-to-end ownership of a business model cluster (e.g., wholesale or dropshipping).
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at SCAYLE, you will be the strategic and technical point of contact for a portfolio of 5-10 enterprise E-Commerce SaaS customers.
The Sales Manager will lead a team of internal and external sales representatives and oversee the development of our specialty retail business for the two brands.

In addition, you will be expected to work closely with line managers to organise team activities and develop the team resources. As a Service Owner and Recovery Manager, you will need to ensure all agreed targets and Service Level Agreements are met and emergency incidents are managed and resolved within the agreed target resolution times.
